Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Crescent Driving School platform at courses.crescentdriving.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, as required for enrollment in our teen driver’s education programs. You must also be a Virginia resident, or be required by a Virginia court to complete a Driver Improvement course.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to complete the course on your behalf. Course completion must represent your own work.

Course Completion Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete all course topics in sequential order, meet all minimum time requirements for each lesson, and pass all required quizzes with the minimum passing score. These requirements are set in accordance with Virginia DMV standards.

Payment and Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment; requests made after that period are not eligible. To qualify, the request must be made before reaching the refund reminder page within the course, or before completing more than 10 pages of course content — whichever comes first. You may also qualify for a refund, regardless of progress, if the course is discontinued by the provider before you're able to finish it.

Course Access and Expiration

Upon enrollment, you are granted access to the course for the period specified at purchase. If you do not complete the course within the access period, you may be required to re-enroll at full price.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent course completion requirements, tamper with the platform, share course materials, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Crescent Driving School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or courses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
